2.     Try Aromatherapy
Light a calming candle or diffuse soothing essential oils like lavender and rose geranium to unwind. Try our rest and bloom candles, diffusers or room and pillow mists.

3.     Enjoy a Warm Bath
A soothing bath with essential oils helps relax your body and prepare for sleep. Add candles and herbal tea for an extra touch of relaxation. We also have perfect mineral bath salts for this. Try to avoid wine as it’s actually a stimulant.

4.     Stick to a Sleep Schedule

Ditch the late-night phone scrolling. Instead, read a book to wind down.
